We got the call that this gorgeous boy had been left behind in the backyard with no food or water and a BICYCLE CHAIN around his neck that had cut into it leaving a massive wound. Thankfully with the help of kind neighbors this boy did not die unnoticed. We got to him and now he's safe. He's such a love and we need to get him vetted and to the DC area for adoption. WE have that opportunity this week. Please help. This boy's days of suffering MUST be a thing of the past.
