Even though Thor looks like a big boy at 70 pounds, he is only 7 months old! This sweet puppy has found himself in a rural VA shelter. Confused, scared and lonely explains just some of how he feels these days. A puppy needs socialization to know the world isn't a mean place, and needs gentle hands to show him that people can be kind. Instead, he is stuck day in and day out in a cage with metal bars. This poor pup has suffered enough. Homeward Trails knows that he would make a wonderful pet but needs to secure enough donations to fund his transportation to the DC area and cover his much need vet costs.
