Tiny is a pitch black, pointy eared, nubbed mixed breed puppy that was found wandering with her siblings around West Virginia. Unfortunately, this 10-month-old Feist/Chi gal is the only one left of her siblings that hasn’t been adopted. This seemingly sweet gal is currently in a rural shelter that most likely has low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates, putting Tiny at high risk.
