Tiny Toby in Dire Need of Help

Toby is an adorable black lab mix weighing in at about only 8 pounds! He is only around 3.5 months old and was found as a stray in Puerto Rico. So far, he and his sister Mixty have been lucky to not have been hit by a car, avoided being poisoned by the local people, and to have not been severely injured by people throwing rocks to scare them away. Despite the horrific conditions he was found in, including scarce food and water and no shelter, he is a smiley, friendly boy and loves other people and dogs.
