Tommy is stuck in a shelter in West Virginia. At only 1 year old, he is an energetic and fun loving guy who needs more exercise and love than a shelter can provide. We don't know much of his story because he was found as a stray. But we can easily see how much love and joy he has to give. Let's get Tommy out of the shelter and on a ride to Northern Virginia, where we can pair him with the perfect family.
