Trails Foundation Northern Utah builds trails that create a culture where all have places to walk, run and ride as they enjoy nature and connect with their neighbors in Northern Utah.

This is done by planning, promoting, constructing, maintaining, and protecting a network of public pathways, trails, and related open spaces for non-motorized users throughout Northern Utah. Since 2011, TFNU/WP has constructed over 50 miles of natural surface and 12 miles of paved trails – including tunnels and bridges.  As a promoter, enabler, and implementer, we bring to life the trails and active transportation facilities that are described in community plans and promoted by community activists.

Your donation is important because:

  • Trail use has skyrocketed in the past few years and North Fork Park in Eden has felt a huge impact. Owned and operated by Weber County Parks and Recreation, it is a favorite of all user groups. However, with the increase in trail users, the trails were becoming overcrowded, overused and in need of major improvements.
  • The TFNU Trail Crew maintained and trimmed existing trails, rerouted an existing trail, added bridges and stairs as well as started working on a few new trails.
  • This will help people safely enjoy the trails for years to come and have positive trail experiences.

Weber Pathways is now doing business as Trails Foundation of Northern Utah. Our mission as a 501(c)(3) NGO continues as a planner, promoter, constructor, and protector of a network of public paths, trails, and related open spaces for non-motorized use.
