I was in high school when I first got involved with GSA Network. They supported me with understanding my rights to start a GSA club on my campus and also made it possible for me to attend the organization's activist camp that summer. Since 2013, GSA Network has nurtured me as a leader, organizer, person of color, trans person, and so much more. Now, I have the cool opportunity to work at GSA Network and help organize for trans youth power with our Gender Justice Leadership Programs (GJLP). For the past six years, we've built, alongside trans youth leaders, ways for young trans folks to engage, learn, build, practice, laugh, and more. I continue my work because I want to be free. I want my people, people who look like me and people who don't look like me to be free. I want everyone to be free and safe and happy-- this is the work that helps get us closer to that kind of future and I'm excited that you're down to support this work.
