More to Life than Cages

Trevor was rescued from a hoarding situation in rural Virginia. He has spent his life being crammed into cages with other dogs. Being fed--but never touched--by humans. He is undersocialized. So fearful of humans, who have only ever brought him sadness.

Trevor is nearly 2 years old, but has never known the joy of being pet. He has never been hugged or cuddled. He has only been fed, then ignored, while he huddled in a cage thinking that was all life must be. Cages and loneliness. 

We know there is so much more to life--so much more for Trevor to experience. So much joy to be had! It has only been a few days since his rescue, yet already, he is starting to come around. We know there is a loving dog in there, longing for pets and affection.
