I am participating on the new Homeward Trails Pet Partner Program. Through this, I have been matched with a family in rural Virginia who has a very limited income and cares for a great number of animals.
My Pet Partner is Cher Dean. The area in which she lives is filled with poverty as well as stray and unwanted animals. Cher tries so hard to help every animal that comes her way, often having to choose between food for herself or her pets. she has taken in many animals that have been left on or around her property and she does her very best to provide food and housing for them. But the number of animals has become overwhelming!
I am committed through the Pet Partner Program to work directly with this family to secure donations of pet food and supplies and to raise funds to directly cover veterinary costs.
A donation here is tax-deductible and will only be used to secure animal items. Thank you so much for helping to make a difference in the life of an animal lover who gives so much with so little.
