At Ascensa Health at St. Jude's Recovery Center, we serve a vulnerable population with chronic behavioral, mental, and physical health needs. We provide integrated treatment services for substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients are low-income men and women, veterans and families with children. Many are experiencing homelessness, do not have health insurance, and/or cannot afford life-saving treatment.
