Update #3

Update posted 1 year ago
Hello everyone who has stumbled upon or been directed to this page!

My team and I (AKA: My sister and I, ahaha), have been through some ups and downs with TNRing. It is not for the faint of heart, especially if one has a connection with the community cats one saves. Two of said community cats we had saved a few months back had to be let go, and that was a difficult time as we were hoping they would be well to continue to thrive. Sadly, we were only able to afford only one cremation for the longest community cat of the two, as to do both was out of our price range. Keep in mind, the healthier your community cats are, the less loss and hurt is experienced.

Your donations have continued to help with the medical costs my team cannot cover and we have been able to save up to 10+ cats! Wow!! That I would say is an accomplishment for a team that has been busy! We could not do any of this without your help, so we very much appurreciate each and every one of you! We try to keep everyone updated on the insta TNR page (grillstnr), so make sure you continually follow to see the difference you're making. Even a dollar goes a long way, after all.

We will try to be more active and keep you all updated. Currently, we just received back a female Calico we were able to catch last night that we have been eyeing around the neighborhood (1 of 2 Calicos, but we haven't seen who we have dubbed as the mother in some time). Sadly, she was recovering from post-pregnancy by then and we have no idea where her kittens are. I hope they are older at this point, that's all we can hope for overall. The bright side is, the vet techs and vet stated she is very friendly! Which is fantastic news! This may give this little ball of fur a chance of living a healthy and great life with a possible family should anyone be willing to adopt her if she turns out as sweet as the professionals stated she is; all will be revealed in the upcoming days, me thinks!

As for now, there will always be cats needing our help, so any donations are appreciated as not only does the spay/neuter cost monies to pay upfront, but any medical costs when we notice ill cats that need our help pile up too. Since my sister and I pay out of pocket, anything helps!

Sometimes it takes a village for things to get done, please join our tiny village and help us do what we can to ensure the longevity and health of these outdoor cats (=^v^=)

Hello everyone!

I am a big advocate for the TNR program. TNR stands for Trap, Neuter, Return for feral animals. I always encourage owners to TNR their babies to aid in preventing a booming population surge which can be harmful to the cats and the environment around them. I tend to see feral cats in my neighborhood with their bits intact, which in turns increases their population, especially when in heat (which should not be happening if one is a responsible pet owner!). I was tired of sitting around and feeling bad for them, so I decided to start trapping and helping out the poor feral cats by joining the TNR world myself. Of course, saving cats does come with a high cost such as: spaying/neutering, rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV vaccines, along with microchipping, and even other services that are unexpectedly needed. So, I ask for your help. Every donation I receive will go to paying for these TNR services for the benefit of the cat (s) that I trap. Your donations will be the reason why I will be able to continue to help TNR cats and keep their population under control. This is a personal goal I set for myself because I truly want to help cats in any way I am able. Even if you cannot donate, sharing my cause with the people that you know is enough to boost awareness for TNRing. With your help, we can all save these furbabies!

Thank you,
