Georgia Audubon Scholarship Fund

With your generosity, the Georgia Audubon Scholarship Fund allows us to provide need-based scholarships for Georgia Audubon's youth and adult education programs.

Georgia Audubon values the diversity of birds and people, but we recognize that our program participants often do not represent the diversity of our surrounding communities. As part of our efforts to dismantle the systemic exclusion of communities underrepresented in birding and natural sciences, we are establishing the Georgia Audubon Scholarship Fund to cover the cost of program participation for individuals and groups for whom cost is a burden.

These scholarships will be applicable to all Georgia Audubon programs for which there is an associated fee, including but not limited to Georgia Urban Ecologists, Taking Wing, school programs and webinars and workshops. Georgia Audubon is committed to creating educational opportunities that inspire and engage people of diverse backgrounds in conservation by instilling an appreciation for birds and the natural world.
