Maya was dumped in a kids play area off the side of the road in Southern Ukraine. Someone had put a box at the top of the kids’ slide and left her. She would come to meet people who came to the play area, and local people would leave her food. When the WOW Ukraine team found her, she looked obese. They took her in thinking she might be pregnant. Although not pregnant, it was worse as she was riddled with worms that could have killed her. After receiving medical attention and time to clear the worms, Maya is now half the size. She’s a beautiful, all-gray kitty who loves human attention and is great with other cats.
