Help Us Grow 2020

The Help Us Grow lunch is the CHILD Center's annual fundraiser.  The funds from this lunch are used to supplement other funding sources that provide for our general operations, and allow the CHILD Center to undertake special projects. Last year's special projects included purchasing shade sails so that the children could play outside without being in the direct sun, purchasing additional supplies like books and art equipment, and building up our family engagement program.  The funds from last year's lunch also allowed the CHILD Center to grant tuition waivers to families in emergency situations when other funding sources did not cover the cost of tuition.   

The special project we are focusing on this year is to complete the second half of our playground, which will be named in honor of the life and legacy of Joan Canton, a longtime SWAG resident and one of our founders. The funds will also allow us to continue to grant tuition waivers, provide parent programing, and bring the highest quality early learning services to our children.
