My InsideOut Write-A-Thon Fundraiser

For a full week, August 16-22, I have COMMITTED TO WRITING DAILY in support of worthy causes based on YOUR IMPACTFUL IDEAS (e.g. a letter to legislators, a tribute to a community hero, an uplifting poem celebrating triumphs of human spirit). Together, we will help empower students and communities to share their voices!

For over 25 years, InsideOut Literary Arts has helped Detroit’s youth build their literary and academic skills through creative writing. By working with professional writers, students learn to think broadly, create bravely and share their voices with the wider world. Learn more and become inspired at insideoutdetroit.org
