Community Connections Giving Tuesday 2020

Community Connections is a foster care placement agency that specializes in serving children with medically-fragile needs. We operate a family centered practice and dedicate ourselves to meeting the needs of our foster, adoptive and biological families. Our vision is to provide safe, healthy, and loving homes for children in GA's foster care system. Every donation to Community Connections allows us to better meet the specific needs of each child in our care.
