URGENT - Chance at High Risk for Euthanasia

Chance is a handsome (looks-to-be beagle) mix that was surrendered to a shelter by his owners because he was reported to have scratched a small child. While there is not much more information on what happened, the staff at the shelter he is currently at love him, and he has had zero issues with people and other dogs there. This means that although the scratch was most likely an accident (a young dog getting excited and jumping), county rules do not allow a dog with a scratch on their record to be adopted out. If he is unable to be transferred out of the shelter, he will be euthanized - even though he is a sweet, handsome boy. Can you help sponsor Chance and give him a new lease on life?
