Team Chelsea: Giving Back

As a dedicated board member of the Young, Black & Giving Back Institute (YBGB), I am actively engaged in raising funds for our signature Give 8/28 fundraiser, a pivotal initiative that directly supports our impactful programming. This annual campaign is more than just a fundraising effort; it’s a celebration of Black philanthropy and a vital lifeline for the work we do to empower young Black professionals and leaders. By leveraging my network, engaging with donors, and promoting the importance of our mission, I am committed to ensuring that we meet and exceed our fundraising goals. These funds are crucial for sustaining and expanding our programs, which provide essential resources, mentorship, and development opportunities for the next generation of Black changemakers.
