This was super fun! The request was for these two friends to have an adventure. Hope they don't run into whale...
These are trying times, yes they are. And while the doctors, nurses, grocery store workers and delivery people keep us all alive and relatively sane, it can be easy to feel a little useless stuck inside, watching Columbo on Amazon Prime (is that just me?) …. OK.
Well, Let’s do something then? I mean, mostly me. Because this is what I’m doing.
I'm offering you FREE BAD ART in exchange for your donations to Direct Relief. Get on board...
Once you've made your selection, hit me up here or via FB, Twitter or email with your donation level appropriate request.
Donation Levels
Level 1: $15 Donation
If you donate $15, you will receive 1 poorly drawn animal and/or dinosaur of your choosing. I will even draw it on a postcard and send it to you in the mail if you would like! Or you can get a poorly scanned digital copy!
The quality you can expect is shown below. This is a chicken. It is wearing a Hufflepuff Scarf. You could own something like this! One quality ChickenI'll also toss in $5 on top of your donation.
Level 2: $30 Donation
Are you feeling super generous? If you pony up $30 I will try harder to make you more quality bad art. At this level you can challenge me to tackle something more complicated than a chicken and I will make my best attempt to deliver. For example, would you like a drawing of a cat exploring space or a stegosaurus playing the drums? I could try to do that.
The difference between these two levels is that at Level 2 I will put more than 10 minutes into making you art. I'll put at least 20 minutes into it and still mail it to you. Here's a sample of what 20 minutes might get you:
He's in a band, you see.
At this level, I'll also toss in $10 on top of your donation.
Level 3: $60 Donation
At this level I can not possibly make you art that would be worth your money. Hell, none of my art is worth more than maybe 10 dollars, and that may be stretch. So what can you get for this remarkable generosity? Would a song do? In addition to making bad art I can also play the ukulele somewhat badly! If you would like me to record you a serenade of a song of my choosing (I do not know that many songs...) just donate $60 dollars!
That's me pretending I have skills
You may regret this choice, so I'll donate some extra money for you and add a Level 1 drawing to sweeten the deal. Say $15.
