Freedom for Great Apes is a sanctuary specifically designed to provide a safe haven dedicated to the physical, social, behavioral, and psychological well-being of chimpanzees in captivity. FGA is dedicated to overcoming the exploitation and cruelty that all captive great apes face with education, advocacy and collaboration.
FGA is one of 30 ape sanctuaries from all over the world participating in this year’s event. Their campaign goal is set at $10,000 for the daily care of our chimpanzees. Your donation will help provide nourishing food, spacious indoor and outdoor habitats, enrichment, veterinary health services and outstanding care by our experienced caregivers.
