$3,000 goal
On behalf of the Valparaiso University Fraternity & Sorority community, the Zeta Iota chapter of Gamma Phi Beta wants to help raise money for a local organization that works to promote civic engagement and activism in Chicago youth.
The Chicago Freedom School writes, "Our programs, resources and trainings invite young people and adult allies to study of the work of past movements, deepen their understanding of current social problems, build new coalitions and develop strategies for change."
We believe that it is important to put our words into action, and are dedicated to doing all that we can to stand with and support the black community. We are dedicated to learning more, listening to our black brothers and sisters, and standing strong against racism and discrimination in our organizations, communities, and the world.
100% of money raised will go directly to the Chicago Freedom School
