Elroy is a handsome boy who found himself in a high kill shelter in North Carolina. He is a medium energy chill guy who likes people and other dogs. Sadly, x rays revealed old injury likely caused by being hit by a car that never healed properly. Elroy requires an expensive leg surgery to be pain free again. Please help us raise the funds to give this good boy the life he deserves.
