The Washington State LTC Ombudsman Program is operated by the Multi-Service Center (MSC)- a nonprofit 501(c) (3)- www.mschelps.org.

The Washington State LTC Ombuds Program (LTCOP) promotes and protects the rights of long-term care residents living in licensed nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult family homes and state operated veterans homes.  We are 350 volunteers and paid ombuds who visit residents in their homes, provide information,  resolve complaints and concerns and advocate on behalf of residents.

During the coronavirus crisis, the ombuds is working to help residents keep connected with their family, friends and communities.  Your donation will go towards purchasing technology to help us support residents who are restricted from visitors, isolated and lonely.  There are nearly 4000 facilities from small 6-bed adult family homes to 100+ bed nursing homes and assisted living facilities,  with nearly 68,000 residents.  Most residents are dependent upon the state's Medicaid program and they just can't afford technology, such as phones, lap tops or Ipads.  Let's show them some love and support today.

We appreciate your donation and your care. If you are interested in learning more about the LTC Ombudsman Program, please visit us at www.waombudsman.org

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Patricia
