Water You Waiting For?

The Junior World Affairs Council at Carroll High School has chosen Isla Urbana for our fall philanthropy.  The goal of Isla Urbana is to install rainwater harvesting systems in regions of Mexico where clean water is often unavailable.  Our particular effort is aimed at providing systems for schools.  Students with access to clean water will be healthier and better able to learn. Please help us meet our goal of providing clean water for at least 2 schools.

 

The JWAC teams that raise the most funds will be allowed to send two students to Mexico to help install the rainwater systems in the summer of 2016.
