EECO leads in facilitating environmental education that fosters global stewardship and a sustainable future for all Ohioans.

All Ohioans are environmentally literate and engage in decision making that ensures sustainability for future generations.

We can IMAGINE a world with Environmental Education and with EECO we are working to make that future a reality. By empowering teachers and educators across the state of Ohio, providing materials and insights on teaching students how to think and not what to think, we're creating an educated populace that understands the issues confronting all of us, and providing them the tools necessary to create progress.

Throughout the year we host workshops and conferences, connecting teachers and educators with each other, environmental professionals, and other salient resources that support and prepare them to better educate and assist their students.

EECO is a network of people passionate about protecting and educating people about the environment.  The organization is a 501(c)(3) that has been providing professional development and education for Ohioans for over 50 years.  During these difficult times we know that we can focus on and believe in a better future with the help of environmental and outdoor education.

We're asking for your help to allow us to continue working with teachers, educators and students across the state, so we can together build a better future. This campaign we are asking for $5,000, but in truth we need much more. If you are able to help us achieve our campaign goal of $5,000, that will help allow us to continue our search for more and permanent funding. This means that your generous donation will go towards a better future for EECO, as well as the students, teachers and educators of the state of Ohio, and towards creating a better future for all of us.
