My name is Cece Rockwell and I'm the Program Director for BT Foundry. I came to BT Foundry as a college dropout with a passion for writing. Although I was a published author and worked with numerous brands in the marketing space, no one was willing to give me a chance. When I first heard of Brass Tacks, I knew that could be my big break. I applied for the program ready to learn and gain the experience I needed to be successful.

Unfortunately, I was denied due to my over qualifications. However, I didn't let that deter me. Instead, I begin emailing our Executive Director, Keisha Whaley every day asking for an opportunity. They finally cracked and bought me on as a Copywriting Resident. It didn't take long for my other strengths and talents to shine through. I was quickly promoted to project manager and the rest is history.
