A lot of us are stressed. Help our community celebrate resiliency and hope! Join me in supporting the our community by helping the Kellin Foundation provide FREE mental and behavioral health services to people in need.
The Kellin Foundation helps build resilient children, adults, and families through behavioral health services, victim advocacy, and community outreach. They serve approximately 10,000 people per year -- and almost every client receives services FOR FREE. Their services are geared toward those who otherwise would not have access to care, including the uninsured or underinsured.
They provide one-on-one therapy, support groups, and peer support for adults with complicated mental illnesses and substance use issues. They support children healing from traumatic experiences, as one of only two National Child Traumatic Stress Network-recognized child trauma recovery centers in North Carolina. They help victims of domestic violence as they create new lives.
