David Haynes:

Born in Gainesville, raised in Tallahassee, and now specializing in coastal real estate with his firm Tarpon Real Estate. David Haynes is basically the human version of a Florida tourism brochure, just with more jokes. When he’s not selling waterfront homes or reminding people that “yes, hurricanes are included,” David moonlights as an improv comic. As a native Floridian (which explains a lot), David has spent decades helping people find their dream homes in paradise because nothing says “stress relief” like closing a real estate deal during hurricane season. On stage, he brings the same negotiating skills he uses in real estate, except here, the only closing costs are bad puns and Dad jokes.
