El Mirador 2020 Maggie Coburn

I had the amazing opportunity to be on the trip to El Mirador this past March. I was scared at first to be there, but I soon came to realize that it was exactly where I needed to be right then. The time I spent with the children just playing and having fun was something I will always remember because even though I didn't speak their language, it wasn't even an issue. The community of El Mirador is so special, and I now have the opportunity to go back and see the people, and more specifically the children, that I spent time with in March. Anything you can donate will help make this happen and give you a chance to have a part in this trip.
