This past year, we trained over 200 Cincinnatians for board service through Board Bootcamp, preparing leaders in our community to make a collective $2,000,000 impact.

We're also removing barriers by helping professionals connect with nonprofits through our BoardConnect platform and events. 

With 65 unique nonprofits and over 200 board candidates attending our events throughout the year, we're helping make connections that would otherwise never happen.  

Through training, technology and events, we're making it easier than ever to create a community full of WIDER (more Welcoming, Inclusive, Diverse, Equitable, and Representative) boards.
