Help the WNYEA support Youth Climate Leadership

The Western New York Environmental Alliance  focus on regional environmental issues including climate justice and the biodiversity crisis.  One of our initiatives is to bring young people's voices into the climate conversation through the Youth & Climate Justice Initiative.  The young people, who call themselves the Youth Climate Council, have held rallies, spoken at conferences and workshops, and participated in the passage of the NYS Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. We are so proud that they shepherded a Climate Emergency Resolution through the Buffalo Common Council  to focus attention on climate and justice actions that can be taken at City Hall.
