Raising Money To Repair A Busted Main Water Pipe

I'm raising donations to repair an underground busted main water pipe which is attached to the city that brings fresh water to the house. The Plumber must dig through the dirt to reach the water pipe in-order to repair or replace it.

My Home-owner insurance does not cover main water pipe leakage....and the city of Va Beach Virginia doses not repair any main water pipe to your house. The funds will be used to repair the main water pipe from the city to my house.
