Meet Sam! Sam was locked in a closet and then dragged to the shelter where we met him. We immediately took Sam into our rescue. He was scared, under nourished and not trusting people. We worked with Sam for months to help him overcome his fears, feel safe, build his body and confidence! It took some time and Sam still has moments where he forgets he is loved and safe but he is now happy, healthy, playful, loving!
