Church planter-Yosmiry SALAZAR

Church family, 

     Our beloved Minister of the Gospel, Yosmiry Salazar, was hit by a scam in Santa Marta, Colombia. With her only purpose and effort in helping the needy, she was approached by someone using Aida Perdomo's social media platform. She spent nearly US$1,000 in getting "computers out of customs". Once she approached the customs and shipping offices in Bogota, DC, Colombia, this past Friday, she realized there was something not going well; she was threatened to be put in jail, if she didn't pay additional fees. The supposedly Colombian customs office found "dollars hidden" in the computers. 

    I felt compelled by her testimony, prayed for her and it is deep in my heart to help her offset the amounts she was asked to pay and most of all to keep praying for her, her ministry and her church family. 

    Yosmiry has been working more than 15 years in expanding the KIngdom in Santa Marta, supporting the immigrant, the orphan and the children.
