Young Momma Sissy - with her precious four-week-old black and white puppies Lucky, Limerick, Shamrock, and Rainbow - were brought into the shelter by a good Samaritan. They were found living in the woods, where she had also given birth - in the open - to her puppies. Sissy is extremely skinny and barely has any milk for her puppies, on top of being heartworm positive. Sissy desperately needs medical treatment if she is to survive and be healthy, and her puppies need a safe place to grow until they are old enough for their own treatment.
