Thank you for your supporting the work of The Transgender District! Your contributions will directly help us provide innovative solutions by creating safe spaces for trans and non-binary people that inspire economic advancement, leadership development and community building.

Founded by three black trans women in 2017 (originally as Compton’s Transgender Cultural District), the Transgender District is the first legally recognized transgender district in the world. Our mission is to create an urban environment that fosters the rich history, culture, legacy, and empowerment of transgender people and its deep roots in the southeastern Tenderloin neighborhood. The Transgender District strives to help stabilize and economically empower the transgender community through ownership of homes, businesses, historic and cultural sites, and safe community spaces - and we can make this happen with your support!

All Proceeds will benefit the Transgender District . The Transgender District is fiscally sponsored by the St. James Infirmary , a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare and support programs for sex workers and their families. All donations are tax deductible.
