  • Session 2:
    • Student Presentations (Computational Science & Drug Design)
    • Awards Ceremony
  • Session 3:
    • Motivational Talk by Dr. Minkara

Quest's Summer 2020 Research Groups:

  • Designing New Cryptosystems: Implementation in Python
  • Computational Investigation of Rare Monogenic Diseases
  • Literature Review of Synthesis and Characterization of Nicotinic Ligands
  • Analysis of COVID-19 Data Using C++

Our group this summer consists of 28 students, four faculty, and one research assistant. Around 31 percent of our team belong to one or more of the groups identified as underrepresented in STEM.

 We can do better! We want to do better! We are dedicating this symposium to minority students. Our goal is to reach out to more students who are from underrepresented groups in STEM fields.

This event will not only give Quest an opportunity to celebrate young scholars, but also to provide our community the chance to listen and learn from speakers from academia who are excellent role models, mentors and advocates for diversity and inclusion.
