BUILD THE VILLAGE 💎

A girl should not have to navigate becoming alone.

She deserves people who see her. Mentors who listen. Spaces where she feels safe enough to discover who she is. Experiences that expand what she believes is possible. And access to the people, opportunities, and resources that can help her move confidently into adulthood.

That is the village GEM CULTURE is building.

Through safe spaces and mentorship, GEM CULTURE supports girls as they navigate adolescence, identity, creativity, leadership, and becoming. We are especially intentional about nurturing the next generation of creatives, innovators, freethinkers and artistpreneurs, helping girls recognize the value of their ideas and gifts while gaining access to the people, knowledge, experiences, and resources that can help them build sustainable futures around who they are.

Our primary program, GEM SESSIONS, serves girls ages 13 through high school graduation. Through GEM ALUMNI, graduates can continue receiving community, resources, mentorship, and support through age 24.

Because support should not disappear when a girl turns 18 or graduates from high school.

This Is Bigger Than Programming.

To create meaningful and sustainable spaces for girls, the village itself must be resourced.

Your gift can help provide mentorship, safe gathering spaces, transportation, meals, program materials, technology, wellness and cultural experiences, retreats, leadership opportunities, and access to people and resources that expand our girls’ worlds.

It also helps us build toward something deeply important to us: supporting the people who support our girls. We want the mentors, facilitators, creatives, professionals, and community members who pour their knowledge, care, time, and expertise into GEM CULTURE to be valued and sustainably supported.

And we remain committed to keeping meaningful programming accessible to the girls and young women we serve.
