2026 Back-to-School Challenge

Some days this year, my world has felt much smaller — filled with wake windows, teething, and trying to figure out why one of the twins is fussing while the other is suddenly quiet. 

Then I'll watch them discover something new, connect with a neighbor or a puppy, or simply burst into a silly grin, and I'm reminded how enormous the world is through their eyes — and how every new experience becomes an opportunity to learn.

Children everywhere are born with that same curiosity and potential. What's different is whether they're given the chance to keep learning.

My work with The Kilgoris Project has shown me what's possible when communities have the resources to help their children learn and thrive. Through long-term partnership with Maasai families, TKP creates those opportunities every day.

This year, my goal is to help fund one TKP classroom. I'd be honored if you'd join me.
