Thomas Needs Surgery

Thomas is my family's deeply loved pet. He was recently diagnosed with a nasal polyp. I am a single mom of 3 who works 2 jobs to make ends meet and I was absolutely devastated to learn that the surgery to remove the polyp will cost $2,000. My children love him so much and I feel horrible knowing I can not afford the surgery. I would even be willing to pay the money back in monthly payments if anyone is generous enough to donate we would be eternally grateful.
