I'm proud to serve a volunteer member of the ACLU-KY Board of Directors and ask for your support as ACLU-KY strives to protect and advance our most fundamental rights.
ACLU-KY's work is more vital than ever, as civil rights are under attack in the current political environment. We've seen rights stripped away from women, persons experiencing homelessness, and our LGBTQ+ neighbors, particularly trans youth. As the parent of a young girl, it's heartbreaking that she has less legal autonomy over her own body in Kentucky today than her mom did growing up here.
