🌿Hi everyone- we are DAPHNE GARTEN!

We're 1 of 6 bands in Band Factory, a fundraising initiative for Lehigh Valley Girls Rock (LVGR). LVGR is a nonprofit that empowers girls, women, trans, and nonbinary people through music and art. Proceeds will benefit incredible programs like the Get LOUD summer camp. 

At camp, youth ages 10-17 form a band (just like us!), learn an instrument, write a song, and perform it at a showcase- all in one week! They also attend powerful workshops on creativity, community, and social justice. The goal: to help young people discover their voice and their power. 

Get LOUD camp takes a lot of resources- camp and showcase spaces, staff, volunteer stipends, supplies, instruments, and more. Through Band Factory, we're raising funds to cover camp costs, offer scholarships, and keep music accessible to our community. Your generous contribution allows LVGR to continue this vital work!

We at DAPHNE GARTEN have 2 months to write 3 songs. Along the way, we'll go against the other Band Factory groups in a friendly fundraising competition. Prizes include band merch, a professional photo shoot, and studio recording time, all while helping to support LVGR's amazing programs. It all ends with a live showcase on December 13th at National Sokols in Bethlehem, PA- we can't wait to see you there!
