I'm so excited to be doing the Stark Naked Challenge because it’s not only a rigorous fitness transformation with a fun photoshoot at the end but it's also about promoting holistic health and wellness and raising awareness for charities that support very good causes.
I'm taking my health and fitness further than I've ever gone to support the Whittier Pregnancy Care Clinical which is part of Obria LA! This is an awesome organization that provides medical care, counseling, and practical supplies to pregnant women and new mothers. Please join my team in supporting this wonderful charity!
