A Second Chance for Sweet Riley

Sweet Riley is a scruffy little Shih Tzu mix whose world was turned upside down when she lost her family.  Alone and scared, she ended up in one of our partner shelters where space and resources are limited.  Without help, Riley’s future is heartbreakingly uncertain.
