Hello and welcome to the wacky space where I tell you what your money gets you! Not only do you get to support me in my creative endeavors, but you also get to directly impace the play I am writing. Check out the tiers below to see how the funds will be used to influence the play.
It is set up to cover the amount raised and what it influences.
$100 - I will write the entire play in only 4 pages
$250 - I will write at least 2 different accents inside the play.
$500 - I will have rhyming couplets appear at least 5 times throughout the play.
$1000- I will have one characters background include a history with juggling.
The 25th Annual PlayOffs is part theater competition, part fundraiser, and all fun. So much fun, in fact, that we're celebrating its 25yr anniversary as one of Bloomington's biggest fundraisers for the arts!
Teams of writers, actors, directors, and managers create an original 3–5 minute play. Along the way they raise money to support Constellation Stage & Screen, earn special advantages through fundraising, and compete for audience votes.
Every play premieres at The World Series, our live screening and awards celebration, where one team is crowned champion.
One team emerges victorious: The World Series Champions. This is the team with the most combined votes earned through an audience ballot (popular votes) and fundraising (bonus votes). So the more money each player raises, the better the chance they have of winning the coveted championship trophy!
