Lynne Loves Lewisburg

I’m reaching out to friends, family, acquaintances, and neighbors near and far to ask you to consider supporting the Lewisburg Downtown Partnership during Raise the Region. My family chose to move to Lewisburg for many reasons, but near the top of the list was its undeniable charm. The downtown is full of unique character, and the borough’s historic homes are lovingly cared for. It’s clear that this community takes pride in itself—and in one another.

The creation of the Lewisburg Downtown Partnership in 1999 is proof that this town believes in supporting its downtown for the long haul. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this community in the way that I am. As I’ve said before, I’m an unabashed “townie.” I grew up a townie in State College, and I hope to spend many years as a townie here in Lewisburg, too.

When donating to the Lewisburg Downtown Partnership you are supporting things like the beautiful flower baskets that line Market street, the historic street markers going up throughout the borough, the Ice Festival, small business grants, and so much more.
