I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been named a MANRRS 40 Under 40 honoree and will be recognized at the 40th Annual Training Conference and Career Expo in Dallas, Texas, alongside so many incredible leaders shaping the future of agriculture.

As someone who started in Jr. MANRRS and grew through this organization into my career, this recognition feels full circle. MANRRS has always been more than an organization to me. It’s been community, mentorship, leadership, and a space that affirmed that I belong in agriculture.

This recognition is not just about celebration. It’s about impact. As a 40 Under 40 honoree, I’m committed to giving back through MANRRS’ Annual Giving Campaign. Each honoree is raising or contributing $1,000 to support scholarships, mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities for the next generation.

Because I truly believe in lifting as we climb.
