An Educator and a Parent, Seven Years In
Bri Livingood joined the Invention Convention community in 2019 as both an educator and a parent, and has been involved every year since. Seeing the program from a classroom and from home at the same time is a rare vantage point.
Today Bri is Director of Digital Learning and the Innovation Academy at NextMinds, extending the program into digital and year-round formats so students are not limited to one event on one day.
That mission is at the heart of Push for Entrepreneurship (PFE).
PFE brings students, families, educators and companies together on Saturday, November 7 at Fairfield University for a morning of push-ups. It is how the Connecticut Invention Convention keeps its programs open to students regardless of background or ability to pay.
Bri's goal is $500, enough to put five students through the program. 100% of proceeds go directly to the Connecticut Invention Convention, and many employers will match your gift.
Join us in pushing entrepreneurship forward and helping ensure that every young person with an idea has the opportunity to see where it can take them.
