Resident Handbook

Several years ago, our board members recognized a need for a guide for new residents that would include the kinds of local information that isn't always easy to find, especially now that phone books are mostly obsolete.

First envisioned as a welcome packet, this project has grown into a handbook of municipal and social services, local transportation and utilities, and an emergency preparedness guide. In 2026, Lewisburg Neighborhoods will distribute a printed copy to every household in the Borough and host a digital copy in English and Spanish on its website. 

This guide provides not only contact information but also brief descriptions of the local government agency or public service, to help residents better understand the layers of government and how to find the help they need.

Your donation to the Resident Handbook fundraiser will cover costs associated with graphic design, printing, and distribution of the resident handbook.
