Coaching Women, Changing Communities
Purpose Centered Coaching & Consulting is a California nonprofit organization founded and led by women, rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice. I am a founding board member, and we have supported nearly 200 women—and those who self-identify as women—through professional coaching, leadership development workshops, and inclusive networking opportunities. Our programs empower women of color, women with disabilities, LGBTQI+ women, low-income and undocumented women, older women, and other underrepresented communities to lead with confidence and create lasting impact.
